Both dynamic style classes are sequenced around a monthly theme that we build throughout the weeks, ensuring you really get to work on the art of “practice” and helping to build greater awareness around the physical and mental elements of your own experience of your practice. Always aiming to challenge and to soothe, we begin with breath awareness to weave together with movements that build stability and strength in the body but also to calm and to centre. Space and time for you to tune in, to be with the simplicity of just breathing, observing, moving and being present (simple but not easy) and to hopefully keep that with you long after class. As always, we finish with our beloved relaxation, savasana, to give yourself some time to truly just rest. All levels welcome. Any questions at all feel free to get in touch.

Rise & Shine
I am not a morning person (I’d like to be), but this has become one of my favourite ways to start the day. Awaken your senses, connect with your breath and mobilise your whole body with our energising morning class. Movements designed to activate your postural muscles to help keep your body aligned, to challenge balance and coordination to improve the neural pathways that allow you such a skill (one that is so often forgotten that is does need to be practiced to be maintained), and to help you feel more focused and present in each moment your day ahead holds. Glide, skip, shimmy, bound, cartwheel (I can’t cartwheel) your way off your mat, whatever kind of energy you find, and I hope you go and have a damn good day. I’d love for you to join, caffeinated or un-caffeinated…all caffeine levels are welcome.

Recentre & Rejuvenate
As smooth as honey. Designed with decompressing and winding down in mind. Breath awareness is always a key focus in classes, using it as a tool to help recentre body and mind and aid in releasing and soothing any tension you may be holding. Encouraging stability and mobility in the body, movements aim to counteract misaligned posture we so often adopt in our daily lives, whether you find yourself sitting at desk, any kind of screen, in the car or even gardening for long periods of time. Tune in at the end of your day to make sure you can check in with yourself, challenge, chill out and have fun, all in one, because it can be done. Allow yourself the freedom to explore, to make mistakes and to really focus on the quality of everything it is you do. The more laughter the better. All of the good stuff. Come and join a class!
